Taliban return bodies of 17 soldiers, civilian

DIR: After successful talks between a grand jirga of elders from Sunai Darra and Pakistani militants in Kunar province of Afghanistan, the latter handed over bodies of 17 soldiers and one civilian who were killed in a cross-border attack some 19 days ago.
