LAHORE: World Hepatitis Day was observed in the city on Saturday with a key message that hepatitis is preventable.
To mark the day, seminars, walks, free medical camps and other activities were held in which speakers highlighted different aspects of the disease. They also urged policy-makers, civil society, and health professionals to combine efforts to confront this silent epidemic.
