KARACHI: The interest free loan to jobless youth for initiating their own business under Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) would not only improve the socio economic condition of the beneficiaries but it also opens a new vista of economic development in the country, said Dr Nadeem Maqbool, MPA, MQM.
