MUZAFFARABAD: AJK President Sardar Mohammad Yaqoob Khan on Tuesday appointed Prof Dr Mohammad Sarwar as acting vice-chancellor of Mirpur University of Science and Technology (MUST) till further orders.
He was appointed only a day after the AJK High Court cancelled the appointment of his predecessor, Chaudhry Naib Hussain, declaring it null and void.
According to an official notification, Dr Sarwar’s appointment was subject to confirmation by the senate – the governing body of MUST –
