LAHORE: The city observed World No Tobacco Day with an aim to eliminate drug usage and smoking in all forms from society.
According a research issued by the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre (SKMCH&RC), nearly 40 percent of men admitted for treatment became victim to cancer due to tobacco usage.
More than 100 million people have died worldwide due to tobacco usage in the last century, and if the current trends continue, one billion people will die in the 21st
