LAHORE
THE Punjab Higher Education Department (HED) has proposed Rs6 billion for development schemes for the Annual Budget 2013-2014, The News has learnt.
The total proposed budget of the HED is Rs33 billion, out of which Rs27 billion will be spent on non-development expenditures while Rs6 billion will be utilised for new and ongoing development schemes of the Higher Education Sector.
According to sources, Rs6 billion under the Annual Development Budget there is an increase of Rs300
