Dr Shakeel Afridi''s sentence declared null and void
PESHAWAR: Commissioner FCR has declared null and void the 33-year jail term awarded to Dr Shakeel Afridi, the man who helped the CIA track down Osama Bin Laden, by the political administration of Khyber Agency.Commissioner Sahibzada Muhammad Anis has also handed over the case of Dr Shakeel Afridi to the political agent of Khyber Agency.Dr Afridi’s release on bail would not be possible before issuance of orders from the political agent.Dr Afridi was accused of running a fake vaccination
