AIOU, ITP to set up driving institute

ISALAMABAD: Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) in collaboration with Islamabad Traffic Police will set up model training institute to impart training about driving skills among the road users and inculcate better traffic sense among them. AIOU Vice Chancellor Prof Nazir Ahmed Sangi on Wednesday addressing the concluding session of two-day road safety workshop said that AIOU will set up model training institute for improving driving skills and staff of university as well as other citizens can get admission in it. He expressed his pleasure to collaborate with Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) in introducing this institute, a police spokesman said.Daily Times.
