56.24pc pass Sargodha matric exams

SARGODHA: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Sargodha, on Tuesday announced the result of secondary school certificate examinations held in March 2011.

As many as 64,325 candidates appeared in the examinations of whom 36,124 were declared successful with pass percentage of 56.24.

Science Group Boys: Arsalan Javed of the PAF Public School, Sargodha, got the first position by securing 1021 marks while Raza Ali of the same school got the second position by obtaining 1012 marks and Abdul Basit of the Dar-e-Arqum and Waqar Ahmad of the Misali Ravian Science Academy shared the third position by securing 1009 marks.

Science Group Girls: Raheela Fareen of the Jinnah Public Girls Higher Secondary School, Kalor Kot, got the first position by securing 1014 marks, Haleema Shafiq of the CP Girls Higher Secondary School, Grote, (Jauharabad) and Madiha Mumtaz of the Jinnah Public Girls Higher Secondary School, Kalor Kot, secured the second position by obtaining 1007 marks while Saadia Haleema of the Government Girls Model School, Bhakkar, remained third with 1005 marks.The news.
