Lahore, Punjab Board of Technical Education (PBTE) on Thursday announced the results of Diploma in Commerce (DCom) and Diploma in Business Administration (DBA) Annual Examinations 2011. As many as 40,692 candidates appeared in the DCom exam and 17,216 were declared successful while overall pass percentage remained 42.31. Kiran Saeed of Khan Commercial College, Layyah, clinched the first position by securing 1,027 marks out
