Pakistani boy wins World Qirat Competition

KARACHI : Seven-years-old Hafiz Fazal Azeem son of Rehmatullah, belonging to Islamabad Seven-years-old Hafiz Fazal Azeem son of Rehmatullah, belonging to Islamabad, shined the name of Pakistan by winning the global competition of Qirat held on Friday at the Makka Mukartamah. Hafiz Fazal Azeem, astudent of Maahidul Darassat Islamia Islamabad participated in the Annual World Hufaz-e-Quran competition from the platform of Rabita Alam-e-Islami. He beat the participants from Egypt, Syria and Turkey, the nations who are known for their pronunciation of the Holy Quran. This competition is held every year in Makkah in the month of Ramazan.Jamaiat-Ulma-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) Karachi amir Qari Muhammad Usman has congratulated the Pakistani nation on this honor and asked the government to arranged befitting reception for the young student when he returns home.F.P.Report.
