Qaim’s message on ‘Independence Day’

KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Qaim Ali Shah on Saturday said the Independence Day, reminds us the great sacrifices rendered during the Pakistan Movement.In his message on the 64th Independence day of the country, Syed Qaim Ali Shah said the people of sub-continent succeed to get a separate homeland on August 14, 1947, due to untiring struggle and dynamic leadership of the father of the Nation Quaid-e-Azam, Mohammad Ali Jinnah.He said the sacrifices and role played by people from every part of sub-continent in Pakistan movement is part of our history.He said we should promote solidarity and brotherhood among the countrymen because some anti-state elements intend to cause instability in the country.The Sindh CM said we should pledge on the Independence Day for the prosperity and development of the country.Following the golden principles of the Quaid-e-Azam, we can move our country on the path of progress and development, he said.He said on 64th Independence Day the province of Sindh is suffering due to activities of miscreants and heavy rain and the victims need immediate help.Syed Qaim Ali Shah said we should support the government as well as extend help to needy and we should show unity in the tough time.F.P.Report.
