CHIEF Justice of Lahore High Court Sheikh Azmat Saeed on Tuesday expressed displeasure at non-serious attitude of the Punjab government towards provision of free education to children from the age of 5 to 16 and summoned the education secretary after a law officer admitted that no legislation was being done on the subject.
