PESHAWAR, April 12: Speakers at an education workshop on Thursday expressed concern over delay in implementation of the right to education law and said that civil society organisations and media should highlight the issue and force the government to implement Article 25-A of the constitution for providing free compulsory education to children up to 16 years of age.
