Edu secy told to reply on provision of free education

LAHORE: Lahore High Court Chief Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed on Wednesday sought a reply from the Punjab education secretary until April 26 on a petition requesting to implement Article 25-A of the constitution for providing free education to children between five and 16 years of age.
