PESHAWAR, April 25: Higher Education Commission (HEC) chairman Dr Javaid Leghari on Wednesday said the government would encourage investment in higher education sector for its promotion.
He said this during a visit to Abdul Wali Khan University (AWKU), Mardan, where went to different sections and departments and examined teaching facilities.
