ISLAMABAD - Pakistan Muslim League-N leader Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhary has announced to establish a state-of-the-art university in rural area of the federal capital to impart quality education to the poor but talented students.
He was addressing on the occasion of an annual prize-distribution ceremony at the Ibn-Ul-Haysum School of Excellence here at Bhara Kahu.
