UoP Professor Dr Azmat Hayat vice-chancellor quits

Professor Dr Azmat Hayat has resigned as the University of Peshawar vice-chancellor almost a month after being sent on forced leave over inaction against the ‘rowdy’ controller (examinations).

However, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor and university’s Chancellor Masood Kausar has yet to accept the resignation, Dawn has learnt.
