Like other parts of the Muslim world, ‘Shab-e-Baraat’, the night of reverence was celebrated with religious zeal and fervour on Thursday in Pakistan.
The faithful spent their time in mosques while praying for forgiveness. Special prayers were offered for peace, progress and prosperity of the country and ‘Mahafil-e-Naat’ were organised to seek blessing of Allah Almighty.
