Islamabad High Court (IHC) Judge Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui on Thursday directed the Ministry of Defence secretary to depute an official to ascertain the whereabouts of a Syrian student whose friend moved the court against his deportation and alleged detention.
On the last hearing, the court had issued notices to the Arab Desk of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which informed the court that travel documents of the student had expired and he was picked up
