MANSEHRA: The people of Torghar want fair utilisation of the scholarship fund for the promotion of girls’ education in the district after change of its tribal status last year.
A group of people from Torghar led by Mohammad Zahid and Rizwanullah told reporters that only three out of the 61 Government Girls Primary Schools in the district were functional where only 100 girl students were enrolled.
