LAHORE: A division bench of the Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday restrained Punjab University (PU) Physics Department Head Dr Shaukat Ali from his office on the charges of having fake certificate of matriculation.
The bench issued this order on an intera court appeal (ICA) filed by Muneer Ahmad against dismissal of a writ petition for removal of Dr Shaukat Ali by a LHC single bench. The bench also directed PU Vice Chancellor Dr Mujahid Kamran to submit report regarding the
