LAHORE, Oct 23: A first-year student was shot dead while his fellow was injured when two unidentified car-riders opened fire on them following a quarrel in Jallo Park on Tuesday.
Quoting witnesses, Batapura Station House Officer Khalid Mahmood said two men, who were accompanied by as many women, opened fire on Atif Mahmood, 20, and his fellow, Ali Husain, and fled the scene.
The SHO said around 10 youngsters were present in the park and some of them apparently started teasing the girls
