LAHORE – The Government College University (GCU) was launching 20 new postgraduate academic programmes, including two of PhD, this year for providing opportunity to more than 2,000 students to share their academic excellence, Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Khaleequr Rahman said on Saturday.
