LAHORE: Higher Education Department (HED) completely failed to introduce reforms in commerce colleges in order to improve the standard of the education in Punjab, The Frontier Post learnt on Tuesday.
Sources privy to the development said that the department could not issue notification to Directorate of Public Instruction (DPI) owing to which officers concerned were reluctant to take measures for the betterment of commerce colleges.
