LARKANA, Oct 9: The Larkana circuit bench of the Sindh High Court on Tuesday issued contempt notices to the chairman and the secretary of the Sindh Public Service Commission, the education secretary and 11 others directing them to file their comments on Nov 7 on the issuance of offer letters to fill the vacancies of male and female heads of schools in violation of the court’s relevant orders.
