KP is a strange city of wild bushes, littered garbage, children with no schooling

The metropolis of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is a strange city, in some places it looks more like a very backward village, far away from any city, so far away that the provincial officials can't reach it, as you can see in this picture: There is a boy, hardly ten years of age, with his roadside make-do shoe shop; behind the boy and his make-do shoe shop is what looks like dirt road but that is what we can call the dirt footpath of what was once a metalled road but which is no different from any other
