PESHAWAR, Oct 19: Sixth and ninth grade students of many local government schools, especially those on the outskirts of the capital city, are upset by the elementary and secondary education department’s continued failure to provide them with free textbooks.
According to them, their academic year began in April this year but the local textbook distribution centre has yet to deliver free schoolbooks to them.
