While there is a silent revolution going on in Pakistan and the country is absolutely different from the negative image that persists about it overseas, it cannot be denied that education in Pakistan is a sorry state and the rulers will have to pull up their socks and accord it greater attention.
These were the observations of Ms Ingrid Muller, a senior editor with the Berlin-based daily, Der Tagesspiegel, while addressing the members of the Karachi Press Club
