PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Monday extended stay concerning the University of Peshawar decision on cancellation of Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree of Awami National Party (ANP) lawmaker Atifur Rehman Khalil.
The UoP had ordered the cancellation of the BA degree of the lawmaker and banned him for four years. It had also imposed fine of Rs21, 000 on him.Atifur Rehman Khalil had filed an appeal against the decisions of the subordinate courts, which had dismissed his civil
