CHAKWAL, Oct 22: At a time when Government Cadet College Choa Saidan Shah requires funds for its completion, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has allocated Rs40 million for a private college.
Dawn has learnt that the announcement has not only disappointed the local leaders and workers of PML-N but common man is questioning the allocation of funds for Cadet College Kallar Kahar (a private institution) where only the children of elite class study.
