PESHAWAR (APP): The Khyber PakhtunKhwa Minister for Finance Engr. Mohammad Humayun Khan has said that the provincial government has embarked-upon Public Financial Management Re-forms (PFMR) that aims to improve life of people through efficiency, transparency and citizen participation particularly in education and health sectors.
