A seminar on managing patients with Asthma and COPD was organised in Rawalpindi on Thursday.
Professor of Pulmonogy University of the Withwatersand Johansberg South Africa Charles Feldman addressed the participants about the disease.
He feared that by the 2020 COPD is predicted to become the third leading cause of death worldwide exceeded only by heart disease and stroke.
COPD is a fatal lung disease which kills more people each year than lung cancer and breast cancer
