Prof. Dr. Bhuian M. Monoar Kabir & Prof. Anwara Begum, Department of Political Science, University of Chittagong, Bangladesh and Ms. Munazza N. Kazmi & Mr. Sajjad Ahmad, ASCE shall be the main speakers of the seminar to be held today.
