LAHORE (APP) Shamas Ul Zia,a blind teacher at Government Institute for Slow Learners, Vehari, was declared as the best teacher.
Shamas who topped in the master exam of Special Education Department PU and a recipient of a gold medal was appointed a teacher by the Punjab Public Service Commission who during the short span of time, earned the title of the best teacher award.
Shamas also stood second in the written test held by the PPSC for the posts of Educators.Head of the Institute
