RAWALPINDI, Oct 12: A phenomenal increase was seen in the number of students applying for rechecking of their papers in both parts of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) annual examinations 2012.
According to information gathered from the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Rawalpindi, out of the 64,359 students who had appeared in the exam, 12,456 wanted their papers rechecked. Last year, this number was only 6,221.
