Frequent washing of hands is the best way to avoid spreading of illness as almost 80 per cent of infectious diseases are transmitted by touch and diarrhoea mainly caused by dirty hands that take lives of an estimated 1.3 million children globally while in Pakistan more than 352,000 children die before their fifth birthday every year.
