RAWALPINDI - Portraying a major lapse, the Education Department of Rawalpindi is short of 125 staff positions, including officers and other staff members, which in turn affects routine affairs of the department’s offices and schools. On the other hand, a tug of war had started between clerks and a district education officer, over taking action against the clerical staff, on the pretext of inspection. APCA office bearers have decided to launch a protest movement in this regard.
