World Whitecane Safety Day on 15th (Monday)
KARACHI - Whitecane Safety Day will be observed through out the country on October 15 (Monday) with commitment. Lions Club International district 305 (Pakistan) has chalked out an elaborate programme to observe the day that included walk, debate, national songs and sports competition among blind children.
