A wow for Hoagland’s vows

Before commenting on the US Ambassador\'s vows by his country to help the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province and Fata financially and thus create job opportunities and economic stability, I would like to give my understanding of half a verse of the greatest Urdu poet, Mirza Ghalib.
A line of a verse of the great poet can be translated: The mere joy of getting a promise from my beloved of a rendezvous with me would have killed me, had I believed in the pledge.
