LARKANA: A division bench of the Sindh High Court, Larkana Circuit, on Wednesday issued notices to the chancellor, vice chancellor and registrar of the Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Medical University (SBBMU) asking them to file their comments by Dec 12 on a petition filed by two senior professors against appointment of deans of surgery and medicine at the university.
The division bench comprised Justices Niamatullah Phulpoto and Farooque Ahmed Channa.
