PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Monday directed the controller of examinations, University of Peshawar, to produce relevant record regarding decision on cancellation of Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree of Awami National Party (ANP) lawmaker Atifur Rehman Khalil.
A single bench comprising PHC Chief Justice Dost Muhammad Khan heard Atifur Rehman’s appeal in which he requested the court to restrain the Election Commission of Pakistan from taking action against him and also
