Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) here on Thursday directed the Ministry of Defence to produce the detained Syrian student, Yoman Ismail, before the court on Monday.
Bilal Alsameer, a friend of the Syrian student, had moved the court against his deportation and alleged detention.
An assistant director of the Ministry of Defence Flight Lieutenant Irfan appeared before the court and said that the student has been kept
