Edwards College to get grant of Rs. 300 million
PESHAWAR: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Amir Haider Khan Hoti has approved one time grant worth Rs.300 million for historical institute, Edwards College Peshawar for its upgradation to degree awarding institution. It merit a mention here that Edwards College was established in 1900 and was the only institute in the province that offered education at graduation level. Earlier, its degrees were issued from Punjab University but after 1952, its degrees were issued under Peshawar University.
