A medical graduate refused to have a degree from Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Barrister Masud Kausar.
Reportedly the medical graduate, Dr Saud in Khyber Medical College convocation claimed his action was a protest against the violence the doctors were being subjected to across Pakistan.
