HYDERABAD, Nov 19: Sindh Minister for Women Development Tauqeer Fatima Bhutto said on Monday that technical institutions had been ruined in the past, but they were made effective and promoted by the Benazir youth development programme.
She spoke to participants of a consultative meeting held on the implementation of Article 25-A organised by Actionaid Pakistan and Initiator Human Development Foundation, held at the local press club.
