Federal Minister for Capital Administration and Development (CAD) Nazar Mohammad Gondal laid the foundation-stone of a Science Block at the Islamabad Model College for Girls (IMCG), Sector F-6/2, on Thursday.
He also took oath from the newly elected student council office-bearers of the college.
