THE Lahore High Court chief justice on Friday stopped process of appointment of the principal of National College of Arts (NCA) and sought reply from the federal government.
Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial issued the order on a on a civil miscellaneous application filed by Prof Zafar Iqbal. The applicant had already filed a writ petition against non-appointment of the NCA principal since 2010.
