ISLAMABAD (APP): President Asif Ali Zardari on Monday advised the government to consider upgrading Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences Islamabad (PIMS) to a medical university for the purpose of imparting quality medical education, better patient care, encouraging and arranging extensive research and publication in the field of medical sciences and awarding medical degrees.
