KOHAT, Nov 21: The authorities have failed to rebuild a primary school in Shahpar area that was damaged in a blast six months ago.
The school staffers told Dawn on condition of anonymity that the educational institution was bombed by terrorists six months ago and since then they had been requesting the authorities concerned to rebuild it.
